SAF6 AGM Cell Acid Filler

The SAF cell acid filler is used for the controlled and balanced filling of dilute and temperature regulated acid in the AGM cell prior to formation. It does this through the use of a ‘Master’ cylinder and Galileo’ theory of communication vases. Through the use of a calibrated filling pipe in the master vase we are able to have the exact same quantity in the other vases at the same temperature and therefore tighten the process control around this operation. Made from both EN 1.4404 and PP, the filler is designed for industrial standby cells.

A local control station permits simplified operation and also on the spot re-calibration if needed of a recipe. The OP also contains both the recipes for the positioning (encoder based) of the calibrated filling pipe and the individual control of the vases.
