RB – Refresh Bench

A simple and effective solution for your distribution warehouse in your network. These benches are for the simple refresh of batteries which are not properly (or fully) charged for sale on the market. Manufactured in both AISI 316L and AISI 304, these benches allow the operators in the DC to place non-conforming batteries into a bench and give them a booster charge in a clean and controlled environment. Any gas generated during the re-charge / equalisation charge is expelled through the use of a PP centrifugal fan and avoids any built ups of Hydrogen inside the bench. The benches contain a free rolling platform for movement of batteries in and out and lateral Plexiglas doors. Free roller conveyors at the front allow for a quick and effortless movement and manipulation of the batteries during the cycle.
