RAF8 AGM Rotary Filler

This filler is our premium solution to the calibrated filling of lead acid batteries prior to formation. Suitable for standard flooded, the machine can be equipped (even after initial installation) with a tight tolerance acid dosing system for Enhanced Flooded Lead Acid or AGM batteries. It can process all standard DIN Automotive, Heavy duty and TELCO units. The station is equipped also with a vacuum system which can be used for applying negative pressure to the cells during the cycle. The system allows a battery to have the time necessary to be processed correctly while rotating in the station independent of size or type. The speed of the station is regulated by the time it takes to correctly fill the battery being processed. Acid sensors in the individual cell nozzles detect when each cell has completed it’s cycle. A reject bench outside of the station manages any batteries that have not been subjected to 100% of the automated process and allow for the operators or QC staff to verify the GO/NO GO status of the battery.
