APMR25 Acid Dilution Module

Made entirely from German PP, the APMR is primarily used in localised acid dilution for special applications or non-standard small batch acid densities. It can also be deployed as a primary dilution reactor using raw acid and demi water to produce a full range of dilute acid for standard usage. Equipped with a vertical centrifugal pump and in-line mixing system, acid and demi water are mixed together on a batch or continuous basis (software option). A PID control system in the SIEMENS plc coupled with a refractometer for density measurement permits the correct and continuous control of the dilution process.

The module can be sized as per client needs, the standard being 2,000lt/h of dilute acid.

It can be supplied on a skid for complete autonomous operation or integrated to an existing acid farm.
