AFS - Acid Filling Leveling Station

This station is designed using 2 independent heads for the filling and levelling of the acid in the battery prior to or post formation processes. A setting in the OP allows for either first fill or refill operations (one-shot or two shot processes). We also incorporated 2 acid storage tanks so as to allow two different densities to be used on the machine therefore allowing more flexibility to the batteries to be processed. Made from100% Acid resistant materials including the electrical cables and various sensors on the station. Can process 2V cells, 6V cells or 12Vcells on each independent head. Logical incorporation of VeSoTech filling process in the plc software which guarantees a correct fill/level operation on each individual cell of the battery.
